Shipping Policy

1. Made-to-Order Process

  • Order Preparation: All items are made to order. After you place your order, we will begin production. Please note that this means we do not keep stock of finished goods. Due to the custom nature of our products, order preparation times can vary.
  • Manufacturing Time: Manufacturing your order generally takes between 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the items. Huge orders might take upto months.  We will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you once it is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We normally ship to  U.S.Canada  and Europe.  

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: After production is completed, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery timeframes for destinations are typically  7-15 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, as well as any unforeseen delays from customs or the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery address.
  • Additional Costs: Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be highlighted at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

5. Customization and Order Changes

  • Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once the order is placed. Please make sure your order details are correct before finalizing the purchase.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs Fees: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs procedures can cause delays. Fair Trading Partners Pvt Ltd is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

7. Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, including the packaging. We will assist you with the return or exchange process.
